We love to get creative in the kitchen and that is exactly what we did when we were asked to design a menu to complement some of the Ritual cosmetic products, for the opening night of the their flagship store on Dublin’s Grafton Street!

Prawn cocktail with charred watermelon and pomegranate crème frâiche, slow roasted lamb skewers and chewy meringue, honey with rose and raspberry curd were just some of the canapés we served on the night.

We also created and served our own drinks for their event! Aperol spritz anyone!?
