Domini & Peaches Kemp created itsa bagel ltd in 1999 with the opening of their first gourmet bagel store in Dublin 1. 

In the last decade this store has grown and expanded into 4 Dublin based bagel stores, an itsa cafe located in IMMA, D 8 and 3 restaurants, - Brown Thomas, Dublin & Cork and itsa4 Restaurant Sandymount, D 4.
